Introducing Whitney Hemingway

Whitney K Hemingway was born at 11:45 am this morning.  She was 7 lbs 4 oz and 20 inches long.  As you can see, even at 30 minutes old she wanted her eyes open and, like her brothers, her arms up.

Angela and Whitney are both doing great.  Our thanks to the doctors and nurses that have helped thus far.  Whitney's three older brothers are excited to meet and play with her.

My baby boy is 3!!

Zayne just turned 3 on Friday and I can't believe it.  He is such a small boy and does not appear 3, but he is a very smart and funny boy.  The sayings that come out of his mouth keep us all on our toes and quite often laughing.  He has a very funny personality and likes to talk everyone's ear off once he gets to know them.  Zayne loves to run, jump, play in and outside, and loves to have his brothers around.  Zayne received mostly books for his birthday which he truly loves.  Dr. Seuss, a cars movie book, and Thomas the Tank Engine.  He also got some Chuggington trains, a cars movie train, a bat and ball, and a set of 3 sports balls.  We had his Grandma and pa Mangum and Hemingway over, uncle Jared, and aunt Jena and uncle Louis.  He wanted brownies and ice cream for his treat so that is what we did.  Zayne had a great day and is very happy with his new things.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZAYNE!!!!

Disney On Ice

We decided to try out Disney on Ice this year which was Toy Story 3.  We picked the back row of the lower section so the boys could stand and move if needed.  It worked out well.  I believe over all the boys had a great time and they mentioned they would like to go again another time.  Unfortunately, Zayne chose to not nap that day, so he crashed about 20 minutes in and slept until the last 20 minutes.  But he did seem to like what he did see.
We have been very busy with our home in EM and trying to get it ready to rent again, so this was a nice change for all of us and some well needed family time together.
We are also getting ready for our little girl to join us in about 3 weeks.  We have a C-Section date scheduled for April 10 in the morning.  So unless something happens with the Strep B, then that will be her birthday.  We are excited for her to join us and I am definitely ready to not be pregnant any more.  This pregnancy has definitely been more challenging then others.  But we are almost done and ready.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.
Army guys

Ken and Barbie.  Over all they did the best skating routines.

Most of the main characters.

Mickey Mouse and friends came out at the first and the end.

My boys waiting for the whole thing to start.

Zayne didn't want his picture taken and was being silly.

Sleepy head.

Us at the half way point.  They do a 15 minutes break in the middle of the show.
